Beet greens and Swiss Chard come from the same family and are interchangeable. Swiss Chard is a bit milder, beet greens have a stronger, more intense flavor.

>Add to any salad
>Add zip to your soups
>Sauté with olive oil & garlic
>Add to scrambled eggs, omelets or quiche
