Spicy Deviled 'Goblin' Eggs

A mildly spicy, full-flavored take on the traditional deviled egg


Zero blandness in these amazing deviled eggs!!! The Green Goblin hot sauce perfectly compliments the eggs and mayo. Combined with a hint of spicy mustard and the sweetness of pickle relish, these delicious snackers are guaranteed to be a hit.

6 Eggs (12 halves) hard boiled, halved
2 Tbsp Real Mayonnaise
1 1/2 Tbsp 'Green Goblin' Hot Sauce
1 Tbsp Pickle Relish*
1/2 Tbsp Spicy Bavarian Mustard**
1 tsp Turmeric
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
*Substitute: Finely chopped pickles OR double Green Goblin Hot Sauce
**Substitute: Any spicy brown mustard

Top with:
Paprika or smoked paprika
Optional: Dob with extra hot sauce (see photo, right half)

Remove yolks to small mixing bowl. Use fork to crumble until pieces are broken up into small curds. Blend in turmeric, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add mayo, hot sauce, mustard and relish. Blend well together. Transfer back to egg white halves. Sprinkle with paprika. Top with additional hot sauce for added zip. Optional: Serve with pickled or candied pepper slices.
