Here's what a point gets you...

Point Values

A "point" is equal to a basic item as it is sold at Farmers Markets. Most items require between 1 and 1.5 points. Some items require 2 or more points, depending on their size and value.

How do we assign point values? Points are assigned in order to give CSA Members a reasonable member discount vs. cash paying customers.

If you use points for bulk, the points required are prorated to fairly reflect the CSA discounted value of the items.
